(서울=포커스뉴스) 수요일인 23일은 중국 북부지방 고기압의 영향을 받아 전국에 구름이 많다가 낮부터 차차 맑아질 전망이다.
반면 동해안은 동풍으로 인해 대체로 흐릴 예정이다.
강원도 영동은 새벽부터 비(강수확률 60~80%)가 오겠고 경상남도, 경상북도, 동해안, 경북 북동산간은 오후부터 비(강수확률 60~80%)가 내리겠다.
경상남북도와 동해안에는 24일 새벽까지 비가 이어지겠다.
특히 낮부터 밤 사이에 강원 남부산간(2~7cm)에는 많은 눈이 내려 쌓이는 곳이 있겠다.
같은 시간 강원도영서와 충북북부, 경북북부에는 산발적으로 빗방울이 떨어질 전망이다.
서해안과 남해안에는 바람이 강하게 불겠고, 그 밖의 지역에서도 약간 강하게 부는 곳이 있겠다.
기상청은 "비나 눈이 얼어 도로가 미끄러운 곳이 있겠으니, 시설물관리와 교통안전에 각별히 유의해야 한다"고 당부했다.
23일 아침 최저기온은 0도에서 9도, 낮 최고기온은 7도에서 18도로 22일보다 다소 낮다.
기온이 떨어진데다 바람도 약간 강하게 불어 체감온도가 낮아질 것으로 예상된다.
특히 24일 아침에는 중부지방과 일부 남부내륙에는 기온이 영하로 떨어지는 곳어 농작물 관리에 주의해야 한다.
바다의 물결은 서해먼바다와 남해서부먼바다, 제주도전해상에서 1.5~4.0m로 점차 매우 높게 일겠고, 그 밖의 해상에서 0.5~2.5m로 일겠다.
