(서울=포커스뉴스) 목요일인 10일은 중국 북부지방에 위치한 고기압의 영향을 받아 전국이 대체로 맑을 전망이다.
다만 강원도 영동과 경북 동해안에는 동풍의 영향으로 흐리고 새벽까지 눈 또는 비(강수확률 60~70%)가 오는 곳이 있겠다.
아침 최저기온은 영하 8도에서 영상 2도이고 낮 최고기온은 3도에서 9도로 전날인 9일과 비슷하다.
바다의 물결은 남해서부 서쪽 먼바다와 제주도 전해상에서 2.0~4.0m로 매우 높게 일겠고 그 밖의 해상에서 0.5~3.0m로 일겠다.
