(서울=포커스뉴스) 제97주년 3·1절인 1일은 중국 상하이 부근에서 동진하는 고기압의 영향을 받아 전국이 대체로 맑겠다.
다만 기온은 29일과 비슷해 쌀쌀한 날씨가 이어질 전망이다.
오전 최저기온은 -11~-2도, 오후 최고기온은 2~7도 등이 되겠다.
1일과2일 사이 동해안에는 너울에 의한 파도가 해안도로나 방파제를 넘는 곳이 있겠다. 해안가 안전사고에 유의해야 한다.
동해상에는 천둥과 번개가 치는 곳이 있겠다.
바다의 물결은 남해서부먼바다와 제주도전해상, 동해전해상 등에서 2.0~5.0m로 매우 높게 일다가 점차 낮아지겠다.
그 밖의 해상에서는 0.5~3.0m로 일겠다.
기상청 관계자는 “비나 눈이 내려 도로가 미끄러운 곳이 있겠으니 교통안전에 주의가 요구된다”고 당부했다.
