(서울=포커스뉴스) 수요일인 24일은 중국 산둥반도 부근에 위치한 고기압의 영향을 받아 전국이 대체로 맑겠다.
다만 강원도영동과 경상남북도동해안은 동풍의 영향으로 눈 또는 비(강수확률 60~80%)가 오다가 오후에 점차 그치겠다.
오전 최저기온은 -10~-1도, 오후 최고기온은 1~6도 등이 되겠다.
23일 낮부터 24일 오전까지 서해안과 남해안에는 바람이 강하게 부는 곳이 있겠다.
또 동해안과 일부 내륙에도 약간 강하게 부는 곳이 있겠으니 시설물 관리에 신경써야 한다.
바다의 물결은 제주도남쪽먼바다와 동해먼바다에서 2.0~4.0m로 매우 높게 일겠고 그 밖의 해상에서는 0.5~3.0m로 일겠다.
기상청 관계자는 "강원도영동과 경북북부동해안, 경북북동산간 등에는 다소 많은 눈이 쌓이는 곳이 있겠다"며 "도로가 미끄러운 곳이 있겠으니 시설물관리와 교통안전에 주의가 요구된다"고 당부했다.
