(서울=포커스뉴스) 봄의 시작을 알린다는 '입춘(立春)'인 4일은 중국 상하이 부근에 위치한 고기압의 영향을 받아 전국이 대체로 맑겠다.
다만 새벽부터 아침 사이에 내륙지역을 중심으로 안개가 끼는 곳이 있겠다.
기상청은 안개로 인한 교통안전에 유의하기 바란다고 전했다.
오전 최저기온은 -12~1도, 오후 최고기온은 3~8도 등이 되겠다.
3일부터 추위가 다소 풀리면서 당분간 평년기온을 회복해 기온이 다소 오르겠다.
바다의 물결은 동해중부먼바다에서 1.5~3.0m로 점차 높게 일겠고 그 밖의 해상에서는 0.5~2.5m로 일겠다.
기상청 관계자는 "당분간 평년기온을 회복하면서 추위가 다소 풀리겠지만 중부내륙을 중심으로 최저기온이 -10도 내외로 떨어지는 곳이 있겠다"며 "동파 방지 등 시설물 관리와 건강관리에 유의하기 바란다"고 말했다.
