(서울=포커스뉴스) 수요일인 3일은 중국 상하이 부근에 위치한 고기압의 영향을 받아 전국이 대체로 맑을 것으로 보인다.
다만 제주도는 가끔 구름이 많겠다.
기온은 2일보다 소폭 올라 오후부터는 추위가 풀릴 전망이다.
오전 최저기온은 -13~-1도, 오후 최고기온은 2~8도 등이 되겠다.
오전까지 중부내륙을 중심으로 최저기온이 영하 10도 내외로 떨어지는 곳이 많겠다
4일에는 기온이 3일보다 오르겠다. 오전 최저기온 영하 8도, 오후 최고기온 영상 3도 등을 보이겠다.
바다의 물결은 전해상에서 0.5~2.5m로 일겠다.
기상청 관계자는 "동파 방지 등 시설물 관리에 신경써야한다"며 "바람도 약간 강하게 불면서 체감온도는 더욱 낮아 춥겠으니 건강관리에 주의가 요구된다"고 당부했다.
