| △ 화천산천어축제, 얼음썰매에 푹 빠진 어린이들 |
(서울=포커스뉴스) 중국 북부지방에 위치한 고기압의 영향을 받아 중부지방은 대체로 맑을 것으로 예상된다.
다만 남부지방은 가끔 구름이 많겠다.
서해안과 남해안에는 12일까지 바람이 강하게 불겠고, 그 밖의 해안과 내륙에도 약간 강하게 부는 곳이 있겠다.
아침 최저기온은 -11~1도, 낮 최고기온은 -1~8도가 되겠다.
중부내륙과 일부 남부내륙에는 당분간 아침 기온이 -10도 내외로 떨어지는 곳이 있겠다.
바다의 물결은 서해남부먼바다와 제주도남쪽먼바다, 동해중부먼바다에서 1.0~3.0m로 높게 일겠다.
그 밖의 해상에서는 0.5~2.5m로 일겠다.
기상청 관계자는 "바람도 강하게 불어 체감온도는 더욱 낮아 춥겠다"며 "동파 방지 등 시설물 관리와 건강관리에 유의하기 바란다"고 전했다.
