(서울=포커스뉴스) 목요일인 28일은 전국이 대체로 흐리고 비(강수확률 60~80%)가 올 전망이다.

비는 새벽부터 서울‧경기도에서 그치기 시작해 아침에 대부분 그치겠다. 다만 전라도에는 낮까지 비가 이어지는 곳이 있겠다.

경상도는 북태평양 고기압의 영향으로 구름이 많을 것으로 예상된다. 낮 한때는 대기불안정에 의해 소나기(강수확률 60%)가 오는 곳이 있겠다.

아침 최저기온은 23도에서 26도, 낮 최고기온은 28도에서 34도로 더운 날씨가 이어지겠다.

서울 등 수도권의 아침 최저기온은 23도에서 25도, 낮 최고기온은 28도에서 31도가 되겠다.

기상청 관계자는 "전국에서 열대야가 나타나는 곳이 있겠다"며 "야외활동을 자제하는 등 건강관리에 각별히 유의해달라"고 당부했다.

미세먼지와 오존 농도는 대기의 순환이 원활해지면서 '보통' 수준이 예상된다.

그러나 자외수 지수는 구름 사이로 통과하는 일사의 양이 많아 중부지방은 '높음', 남부지방은 '매우 높음' 단계를 보일 전망이다.

바다의 물결은 전해상에서 0.5~2.0m로 일겠다.
