(서울=포커스뉴스) 19일인 화요일 우리나라는 동해상에 위치한 고기압의 가장자리에 들겠다.

전국이 가끔 구름이 많겠고, 대기불안정으로 충남남부와 경북남부는 오후부터 밤사이에 소나기(강수확률 60%)가 오는 곳이 있겠다.

제주도와 전남남해안은 장마전선의 영향으로 대체로 흐리고 아침부터 낮 사이에 비(강수확률 60%)가 오겠다.

아침 최저기온은 18℃에서 23℃, 낮 최고기온은 24℃에서 32℃로 오늘과 비슷하거나 높겠다고 기상청은 전망했다.

미세먼지 및 초미세먼지 농도는 전국의 대기 흐름이 원활하고, 정체·축적되는 대기오염물질이 적어 제주도를 제외한 전국 '보통' 단계를 보이겠고, 제주도는 비에 의한 세정효과까지 더해져 '좋음'단계를 보이겠다.

자외선 지수는 일사 차단 효과가 작아 '매우 높음' 단계까지 오르겠고, 제주도는 흐린 날씨를 보이며 일사가 차단돼 '보통'단계를 보일 것으로 전망된다.

일일 최고 오존농도는 강원영동과 제주도를 제외한 전국이 광화학반응에 의한 오존생성과 대기 중 이동으로 농도가 높아져 '나쁨'단계를 보이겠고, 강원영동과 제주도는 대기의 순환이 원활해 '보통'단계를 나타내겠다.

바다의 물결은 전해상에서 0.5~2.0m로 일겠다.

기상청 관계자는 "새벽부터 아침 사이에 중부지방을 중심으로 안개가 짙게 끼는 곳이 있다"며 "그 밖의 지역에서도 안개가 끼는 곳이 있겠으니 교통안전에 유의하기 바란다"고 당부했다.

또 "내륙은 20일까지 강한 햇볕으로 낮 기온이 30도 내외로 올라 건강관리에 신경써야 한다"고 덧붙였다.
