△ 발걸음 재촉하는 시민들

(서울=포커스뉴스) 화요일인 21일은 전국이 모두 장마전선의 영향을 받을 전망이다.

전국에 가끔 구름이 많다가 밤부터 점차 흐려지면서 전라남도와 경상남도, 제주도에 비(강수확률 60~80%)가 내리기 시작하겠고 늦은 밤에 그 밖의 전국 대부분 지역으로 확대되겠다.

21일 밤부터 22일 낮 사이에 남부지방은 시간당 20㎜ 내외의 강한 비와 함께 많은 비가 내릴 것으로 예상된다. 지역 주민들의 각별한 주의가 필요하다.

21일부터 새벽부터 22일 자정까지 예상 강수량은 남부지방(경상북도 제외)‧제주도 산간 30~80㎜(많은 곳 120㎜ 이상), 충청남도‧충청북도‧경상북도‧제주도(제주도산간 제외) 10~40㎜, 서울‧경기도‧강원도‧울릉도‧독도(22일) 5~30㎜ 등이다.

아침 최저기온은 17도에서 22도, 낮 최고기온은 22도에서 32도로 전망된다. 서울 등 수도권의 아침 최저기온은 17도에서 21도, 낮 최고기온은 28도에서 32도가 예상된다.

기상청 관계자는 "21일 오후까지는 내륙지역을 중심으로 낮 기온이 30도 내외로 오르면서 덥겠으니 건강관리에 유의해야 한다"고 당부했다.

미세먼지 농도와 오존 농도는 대기 흐름이 원활하게 이뤄지면서 '보통' 수준을 보이겠다. 다만 자외선 농도는 중부지방에서 '나쁨' 수준이 예상된다.

바다의 물결은 전해상에서 0.5~2.5m로 일겠다.
