△ 비 내리는 광화문 사거리

(서울=포커스뉴스) 토요일인 16일은 오전에 제주도와 전라남·북도해안부터 비(강수확률 60~90%)가 시작되고 늦은 오후에는 전국으로 확대될 전망이다.

제주도, 남해안, 지리산 부근 등에는 오후부터 17일 새벽까지 돌풍이 불고 천둥·번개도 치면서 시간당 20㎜ 이상의 강한 비가 내리는 곳이 있겠다.

16일 시작된 비는 17일 오전부터 누그러질 전망이다. 주말동안 예상 강수량은 제주도 50~100㎜, 전라남도·경상남도 30~80㎜, 그 외 지역에는 20~60㎜ 등의 비가 내리겠다.

이날 낮부터 제주도, 남부지방 등지에는 호우특보가 발효될 전망이고 강풍특보와 풍랑특보도 예정돼있다.

해안을 중심으로 바람이 매우 강하게 불고 내륙에서도 바람이 강하게 불 전망이어서 시설물관리와 안전사고에 유의해야 한다.

아침 최저기온은 5도에서 13도, 낮 최고기온은 15도에서 24도 등으로 15일과 비슷할 것으로 예상된다.

바다의 물결은 남해 전해상과 제주도 전해상에서 1.0~4.0m로 점차 매우 높게 일겠다.

서해 먼바다와 동해남부 먼바다에서는 1.0~3.0m로 높게 일겠고 그 밖의 해상에서 0.5~2.5m로 일 전망이다.

기상청은 "항해나 조업하는 선박에도 각별한 주의가 필요하다"며 "남해안과 제주도를 중심으로 높은 파도가 방파제나 해안도로를 넘을 가능성이 있으니 저지대 침수에 대비해야 한다"고 당부했다.
