(서울=포커스뉴스) 월요일인 28일은 중국 상하이 부근에서 동진하는 고기압의 영향을 받아 전국이 대체로 맑을 전망이다.

아침 최저기온은 영하 4도에서 영상 9도로 27일과 비슷하거나 조금 높겠다. 낮 최고기온은 13도에서 20도로 대체로 포근할 전망이다.

서울 수도권의 아침 최저기온은 영하 3도에서 영상 5도, 낮 최고기온은 15도에서 19도 등이 되겠다.

기상청은 "전국이 대체로 맑겠으나 서해안에서는 오후부터 바람이 약간 강하게 불겠으니 시설물 관리에 유의해야 한다"고 당부했다.

바다의 물결은 전해상에서 0.5~2.5m, 서해중부해상의 물결은 앞바다 0.5~1.0m, 먼바다 0.5~2.0m 등으로 일겠다.
