(서울=포커스뉴스) 목요일인 3일은 오후 최고기온이 18도까지 오르는 등 2일보다 따뜻한 날씨가 예상된다.

아침 최저기온은 -4~6도, 낮 최고기온은 10~18도 등으로 일교차가 클 전망이다.

이날 전국은 일본 규슈 부근에 위치한 고기압의 가장자리에 들어 가끔 구름이 많겠다.

서울과 경기 일대에는 새벽부터 아침 사이 빗방울이 떨어지는 곳이 있겠다.

강원영서는 새벽 한때 흐리고 비 또는 눈(강수확률 60%)이 조금 오는 곳이 있겠다.

강원영동 지방은 지형적인 영향으로 3일 오전까지 바람이 매우 강하게 부는 곳이 있겠다.

미세먼지와 초미세먼지 농도는 전국에 보통 수준으로 전망된다.

바다의 물결은 전해상에서 동해 중부 먼바다에서 1.0~3.0m로 높게 일다가 점차 낮아지겠고 그 밖의 해상에서는 0.5~2.5m로 일겠다.

기상청 관계자는 “새벽부터 아침 사이에 서해안과 일부 내륙에는 안개가 끼는 곳이 있겠으니 교통안전에 신경써야 한다”며 “특히 항해나 조업하는 선박의 경우 주의가 필요하다”고 당부했다.
