(서울=포커스뉴스) 월요일인 28일 날씨는 중국 산둥반도 부근에 위치한 고기압의 영향을 받아 전국이 대체로 맑겠다.

하지만 충청이남 서해안에는 구름이 많겠다.

충남서해안과 전북서해안에는 오후에 산발적으로 눈이 날리는 곳도 있겠다.

아침 최저기온은 –13~0도, 낮 최고기온은 –1~7도가 되겠다.

바다의 물결은 제주도남쪽먼바다에서 2.0~3.0m로 높게 일겠다.

그 밖의 해상에서는 0.5~2.5m로 일겠다.

기상청 관계자는 "27일보다 기온이 더 낮아지고 바람까지 강하게 불어 체감 온도는 더 낮을 것”이라며 “건강 관리 및 시설물 관리에 유의해아한다"고 당부했다.
